The Braai – Braaimaster BI Single 80 cm is a built-in wood-fired barbecue with an open fireplace, ideal for creating a real wood-fired kitchen that is as convivial as it is elegant.

Made of 304 stainless steel, it can be built into an outdoor space or installed inside a pool house, veranda, or kitchen (depending on ventilation and exhaust requirements), so you can enjoy the Braai spirit all year round.

Authentic wood-fired cooking, controlled heat
The heart of the Braai-Braaimaster is its stainless steel ember maker: you place the logs in it, held in place by a bar-floored grate that allows the embers to escape. These then fall into the lower receptacle and can be distributed evenly under the cooking surface: under the grill, a plancha, a pizza stone, a pot... for even cooking that can be adapted to your recipes.
On this model, the firebox is installed on the right by default.

80 cm built-in format: perfect for dining
With a width of 80 cm, this built-in Braai offers ample cooking capacity for meals with family or friends. Its integrated design adds a high-end finish to your decor, while remaining simple and practical for everyday use.

Shipping method: pallet delivered by transport company with appointment. The goods will be delivered on a pallet and be signed for upon receipt (no delivery upstairs, no unpacking, no installation).

Cooking over a wood fire with a Braai is a fun and versatile way to cook

The idea behind this wood-fired barbecue is pretty simple.

First, you need to place the logs vertically in the ember maker and light them. The charcoal maker has bars at the bottom to allow the charcoal to escape while the logs are held in place. Once the charcoal has fallen, you can spread it over the surface where you want to heat and grill your food. But you can also leave the embers in the middle to slowly cook beautiful pieces of meat.

For long cooking times, you may need to add logs to renew the embers.

All you have to do is watch your food cook; the Braai does the rest.

hinge pins have been made so that accessories (like the rotisserie and wok) can be pivoted in or out of the Braai.
the ember maker can be hung on the right or left side to enable the use of a large grill (which should not be done in a single-walled braai).

The whole Braai experience start with the ember maker. You start your Braai fire in the ember maker, and the braai will provide you with an endless supply of nice hot embers unlike any other barbecue.
The Braai is fully modular, which means that accessories can be exchanged at any time. Chicken on the rotisserie and vegetables on the plancha, this is all possible at the same time on the FS1200/Duo.
All accessories can also be used in the Braai FS800/Single, but they must be used one after the other as the FS800 has only one cooking space.

Trick: the direct heat from the ember maker can be used for cooking with a cast-iron pan. Perfect for high-temperature cooking (the use of BBQ gloves is a must here!).
