    The Braai wood-burning barbecue can be used both indoors and outdoors. This solid model made of 304 stainless steel can be placed anywhere: in a garden, on a terrace, next to a swimming pool or even inside a pool house or veranda.

    The Braai barbecue is lit with wood and is built around a central element called a "firebox". Logs of wood are placed in this stainless steel element and the bars constituting the floor of this firebox allow these logs to be held, while allowing the embers to escape. The embers fall, and can be distributed evenly in the lower receptacle; under the pot, the grill, the pizza stone, the plancha...

    Facility:

    • The hood is already pre-assembled, it must be placed on a solid worktop/furniture and then the chimney with the integrated cap installed.

    • The ready-to-install/install models are equipped with a single-wall chimney topped with a louvered cap. However, it is recommended to switch to a double flue if this Braai is placed in a sheltered or enclosed area (veranda, pool house). In this case, we advise you to opt for the adapter and the chimney cover; the adapter allows you to connect the Braai outlet to a double-wall flue. The chimney cover is used to hide the flue and perfect the style of the Braai.

    Cooking over a wood fire has never been so enjoyable with the Braai

    The principle of this wood barbecue is not very complicated.
    First, you need to put logs of wood vertically in the firebox and light it. The firebox has bars underneath it, allowing both to hold the logs and to let the embers escape. Once the embers have fallen, you can now spread them out on the surface where you plan to heat and grill your food. You can also leave the embers in the middle if you have fairly large pieces of meat in order to cook them over time.

    For long cooking times, you may need to add logs to renew the embers.

    All you have to do is watch your food cook, the Braai takes care of the rest.
