    Installation & delivery

    These beautiful garden pots are made on order. As soon as the order is received ( and paid for), production begins and the pot is manufactured. Production is generally quick and delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks.

    Small pots/planters are delivered in a cardboard box, for example by GLS, while large pots/planters are packed in a cardboard box and delivered on a pallet. A delivery appointment is always made.

    In addition, our terms and conditions apply:

    • Delivery costs €0.00 (FREE for orders over €125)
    • Delivery to the following countries: Metropolitan France
    • Shipping method: the fireplace will be packed on one or two pallets and delivered by a carrier (the delivery address must therefore be accessible by truck) Pallet delivered by carrier by appointment
    • Delivery time: approx. 14-21 days, depending on the destination
    • Returns are possible on request and subject to the agreement of LM30. The request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs are at your expense
