By closing the Morso Forno with this stainless steel door, the Forno will heat up more quickly. You can also use this door and the Smokeeper accessory to turn the Forno into a smoker.

This stainless steel door for the Morso Forno is an essential accessory for making pizza or bread. Using the door keeps the heat inside the Forno, ensuring that the pizza is cooked evenly on all sides (tip: keep an eye on the pizza as it cooks and turn it over once).
