Product description

This cooking brick, the Cooking Brick Natural, is a barbecue or kitchen accessory (traditional oven) for cooking food. The bricks are made of refractory clay, a material that withstands high temperatures and allows food to be cooked evenly. These Cooking Brick are perfect for cooking different types of food, such as vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood.

These amazing bricks allow a thousand and one applications. For an infinite number of low-fat, vitamin-rich and tasty dishes, easy to prepare.
You can also cook lasagna, gratins, bread, pastries, etc. in it. The fine-pored natural clay gets as hot as cast iron, but releases heat much more slowly and evenly.
Without the lid, this dish is also perfect for gratin.
It goes straight from the oven to the table. ( use barbecue gloves )

This brick is made of natural and refractory clay (resistant to high temperatures, up to 650 ° C), does not contain harmful substances and cooks food evenly. Perfect for the barbecue or traditional oven and ideal for preparing vegetables, fish, gratins and many other dishes.

Advice

The Cooking Bricknic gets hot, very hot, especially when placed on or in a barbecue. So always remember to put some good barbecue gloves when you want to take that Brick out of the oven or off the fire!
