“In 2021, we were approached by the manager of the Mercure Hotel in Fontainebleau. The manager was looking for a beautiful, original barbecue for the hotel garden, preferably a wood-burning barbecue. The Braai fit this need perfectly and cooking on the Braai was also a new challenge for the chef of the restaurant of this beautiful hotel.
2 weeks later, the Braai was delivered and installed in Fontainebleau. Since then, the Braai has been lit every weekend!
"We use it almost every day during the summer! We use it for our BBQ menu offered every Saturday, for brunch events on Sunday, and also for the cooking classes that our Chef gives in our Residence."
